For sale is (1) Coats HIT9000 Heavy Duty Tire Machine. This is the larger version of the Coats HIT 5000; it has the same overall size, but can handle tires up to 44 in diameter if you service the agricultural market, this is a BIG difference! This machine is used, but in good condition. Power required is 220 volt three phase, the machine is completely hydraulic (and very powerful).

Comes complete with all the attachments shown, as well as an operating manual. Easy-to-use swing-arm houses all hydraulic controls, with a dedicated lever for each powered function. Adjustable pressure regulator ensures proper matching of chuck pressure to rim strength. Heavy, tapered roller bearings, and a dual direction hydraulic motor provide smooth torque.

Electrical Requirements: 220v, 3 Ph 60Hz. Min/Max Wheel Diameter: 15" to 44".

If you are exporting the machine out of the USA , please let us know and we will be sure to send it properly prepared, and we will apply a rust preventing coating to all the machined surfaces at NO EXTRA CHARGE. Please include any notifications that need to be on the paperwork for them to accept the machine. No receipts or invoices will be sent with the machine, we will send them to you separately.
